Hollyland Australia – Warranty & Return Policy

General Returns Process

Before returning any product(s) to Hollyland Australia, please submit a return request using our Return Authorisation button above. Once our team reviews and accepts your request, we will provide you with further instructions, including how to return the product(s).

In your return request, please include the following details:

  • A description of the issue with the product.
  • When the issue became noticeable.
  • How the issue affects the product’s functionality.

Our policy complies with guidelines from the ACCC and Australian Consumer Law (ACL). For returns outside the warranty period, prior approval is required, and we may contact you to discuss the claim.

We recommend following the manufacturer’s troubleshooting steps (if comfortable doing so) before returning the product to avoid unnecessary delays.

Please note:

  • Hollyland Australia is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • Original freight charges and any related insurance are non-refundable.
  • We do not accept returns of opened or used health and safety items, such as headsets or earpieces, unless faulty.

Change of Mind Returns

Hollyland Australia does not provide refunds for change-of-mind returns, in line with ACCC guidelines. Change-of-mind scenarios include:

  • You no longer need the product(s).
  • You purchased the wrong product(s).
  • You found a cheaper price elsewhere.
  • You changed your mind about the purchase.

However, we may offer a store credit or exchange upon inspection of the returned product(s). A restocking fee of up to 25% of the original purchase price may apply. You will be informed of any applicable fees before the return is processed.

To qualify for a credit or exchange without a restocking fee, the returned product(s) must meet the following criteria:

  • The product(s) are unopened.
  • The product(s) are not special-order items.
  • The total quantity is less than three units.
  • The product(s) are valued at less than $1,000.
  • The return request is made within five business days of purchase.

All change-of-mind returns are subject to final approval following inspection.

Warranty Returns

Hollyland Australia offers a 1-year warranty on all products. If a product is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect within this period, you are eligible for a replacement, repair, or refund. For faults discovered outside the 1-year period, we will assess the issue and advise if a repair or replacement is the best solution.

If a product is deemed DOA (Dead on Arrival) within 14 days of the original invoice date, we will work to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as quickly as possible. Advanced replacements may be available for certain products, depending on stock availability.

If your product is found to be in perfect working condition upon inspection, return postage and any associated costs will be your responsibility.

Incorrectly Shipped Items

In the unlikely event that you receive incorrect or extra items, Hollyland Australia reserves the right to reclaim ownership of those items. We will arrange for their return at no cost to you. Please notify us within 24 hours if the products received do not match your order. Do not open or use the products, as this will be considered acceptance of the goods, making them ineligible for return.
